Tanner Crawley - Principal/Founder
Tanner has broad experience having previously worked as the chief analyst for a family office with a $350M real estate portfolio including ground-up developments, multi-phased projects, and multi-asset real estate funds.
Previously, as Chief Investment Officer for Goshen Development, Tanner helped craft investment strategy, negotiate partnership agreements, and secure public subsidy and predevelopment/land financing. Tanner also helped draft and pass SB-232 establishing the Middle-Income Housing Authority.
Today, as the principal of Trellis Housing Partners, Tanner consults for affordable housing projects and organizations leveraging creative structures including tax-exempt bonds, public-private partnerships, Proposition 123 programs, and other Colorado-specific subsidies.
Tanner also serves as the asset manager for the Denver Cultural Property Trust, a nonprofit focused on creating and preserving affordable cultural spaces and housing for the artistic community. He has also been a vocal policy advocate for creative housing solutions including accessory dwelling units, inclusionary zoning, and affordability incentives.
